POLICIES

Booking Policy

A clear booking process protects the event date, the venue setup, and both sides of the agreement. These are the practical booking rules ReelBlessed360 uses when confirming event services.

A quote comes before most bookings

Send the event date, location, guest count, event type, event hours, indoor/outdoor status, and requested services. Availability is not guaranteed until the booking is approved and the required payment is completed.

Event details must be accurate

Venue access, stairs, elevators, parking, load-in distance, setup windows, power, Wi-Fi, available floor space, and outdoor conditions can affect what can be safely provided.

Setup time is part of the plan

For the 360 booth, ReelBlessed360 plans to arrive approximately two hours before service begins. Other services may require different setup windows depending on the venue and equipment.

Travel is confirmed with the quote

The established 360-booth travel fee is $25 up to 60 miles. Unusual parking, tolls, restricted loading, or extended carry distances should be disclosed before the booking is finalized.

Changes should be communicated early

Changes to the date, venue, event hours, guest count, or requested services can affect availability, staffing, travel, and equipment planning. Contact ReelBlessed360 as soon as possible when details change.
Important: This page is a public summary. The approved quote, invoice, booking confirmation, and any signed service or rental agreement control the final terms for a specific event.
