Frequently asked questions
How does the booking process work?
Start by submitting a quote request. We review your event details and complete any needed pre-quote qualification. Then we prepare your proposal. After you accept the proposal, we prepare the contract. Your event becomes officially booked only after the required contract signature and booking payment are completed.
When is my event date officially reserved?
Submitting an inquiry or accepting a proposal does not by itself reserve the date. Your booking is confirmed when the required contract and booking payment are completed and the event status is marked Booked.
How much is the booking deposit?
The required booking payment is shown clearly in your proposal and contract. Depending on the payment plan, it may be the full amount, a fixed deposit, or a percentage of the total. Any remaining balance and due date are also shown before you sign.
What areas do you serve, and are there travel fees?
ReelBlessed360 is based in Mercer County, New Jersey and serves events across the surrounding Tri-State Area. Travel or parking charges may apply depending on the event location, distance, access, and service requirements, and will be shown in your quote when applicable.
What does the venue need to provide?
Depending on the service, we may need load-in access, appropriate power, Wi-Fi, sufficient floor space, parking or loading access, and a safe operating location. Outdoor events can also require portable power and weather protection.
How early do you arrive for setup?
Setup time varies by service. For the 360 booth, plan for arrival approximately two hours before service begins. Other services may require different load-in, testing, or production windows, which we confirm before the event.
Can I combine multiple services?
Yes. We can combine services such as DJ, 360 Booth, DSLR Photo Booth, Video Guest Book, Event Photography, Event Printing, and PA/audio when the venue, setup time, power, staffing, and event schedule support the combination.
Can you provide services outdoors?
Yes, when the equipment can operate safely. Power, weather protection, surface conditions, placement, and backup plans must be confirmed before the event.
What happens if I need to change, reschedule, or cancel my event?
Use the client portal to submit a change, reschedule, or cancellation request after booking. Your current booking remains unchanged until ReelBlessed360 reviews and confirms the request. Any pricing, availability, refund, credit, or contract impact is handled according to the approved agreement and policies.
What happens after I book?
After booking, you complete the Event Intake with final venue, timing, contact, access, power, Wi-Fi, and service details. We then prepare staffing, equipment, branding, production checklists, and final event logistics before marking the event production ready.
