POLICIES
Rental Agreement
Equipment rentals and staffed event services require a safe setup area, reliable access, and responsible use. This page summarizes the expectations that normally apply to ReelBlessed360 rental and event equipment.
Safe venue access
The client or venue should provide reasonable access for load-in and load-out and disclose stairs, elevators, narrow entrances, long carries, parking restrictions, or other access issues before the event.
Power, Wi-Fi, and placement
Services that require power or Wi-Fi must have suitable access where the equipment will operate. Equipment should not be moved, unplugged, exposed to unsafe weather, or blocked by guests without approval.
Outdoor events need extra planning
Outdoor equipment must be protected from rain, unsafe wind, unstable ground, and other conditions that could damage equipment or create a hazard. Portable power may be required for some setups.
Equipment care
Rental equipment remains the property of ReelBlessed360. Clients and guests are expected to use it only as intended and follow onsite instructions from staff or the approved setup plan.
Final scope controls
The approved quote or signed agreement should identify the actual equipment, service hours, staffing, delivery/setup expectations, and any event-specific responsibilities.
Important: This page is a public summary. The approved quote, invoice, booking confirmation, and any signed service or rental agreement control the final terms for a specific event.
