The Boathouse at Mercer Lake in West Windsor gives weddings and private events a lakefront setting inside Mercer County Park. When the scenery is part of the reason you chose the venue, the production should support the view rather than cover it up.
Plan the room around the setting
Photography, booth placement, DJ positioning, cables, and guest flow should preserve useful sightlines and keep the space comfortable.
Our event photography can cover the reception, speeches, guest interactions, details, and outdoor atmosphere when permitted. Sunset and waterfront conditions can also affect when exterior portraits are scheduled.
A wedding DJ can manage music, introductions, announcements, special dances, microphones, and reception flow. We would confirm current sound rules and any ceremony-audio needs before the event.
A DSLR photo booth can provide a separate portrait area with digital sharing or prints. A 360 booth can be added when the approved floor plan leaves enough operating space and power. A Video Guest Book works best in a quieter area away from the main speaker system.
Do not overlook the outdoor logistics
Weather, wind, humidity, load-in distance, available power, outdoor ceremony placement, Wi-Fi, and backup locations should be settled before the production plan is finalized.
