We bring the dye-sublimation printer, media, workstation and a technician to run the print station onsite. Printing can work on its own or alongside event photography or our DSLR booth, depending on how you want photos captured.

A 75-person birthday and a packed school or corporate event do not need the same print workflow. We look at guest count, event length, print size and expected demand before deciding whether one station is enough or additional capacity makes sense.

Print formats: Standard and premium workflows can support 4 × 6, 5 × 7, 6 × 8, 8 × 10, 2 × 6 strips, and 8 × 12 by request.

High-volume events: Additional print stations or technician coverage can be quoted when guest volume or throughput requires more capacity.

Branding: Event names, logos, sponsor marks, colors, or custom layouts can be incorporated into eligible print templates.
