The platform itself is not the whole footprint of a 360 booth. The camera arm moves around the guest, people need room to step on and off, and the attendant needs a safe place to work. That is why space should be confirmed before the booth is booked.
Plan for about a 10 x 10 area
For ReelBlessed360 events, approximately 10 x 10 feet is the normal planning target. The exact setup can vary, but that amount of room gives the platform, camera arm, lighting, attendant, and guest line enough clearance to operate comfortably.
Keep the rotating area clear
The camera arm moves around the platform, so chairs, tables, decor, guest traffic, and other equipment cannot sit inside the operating zone. Guests also need a clear path on and off the platform.
Allow space for the rest of the setup
A six-foot or larger table is useful for props and event materials when included. Sharing stations or a display may also need nearby space and power depending on the package.
Power and Wi-Fi matter
Reliable power is required. Wi-Fi is also important when guests are expected to receive or share their clips during the event. If venue internet is weak or unavailable at the booth location, portable connectivity may need to be included.
Outdoor booths need more than open space
The surface should be level, the equipment needs weather protection, and the setup must have dependable power. Wind, rain, direct sun, heat, and uneven ground can all affect whether the booth can operate safely.
Load-in matters too. Narrow doors, stairs, elevators, long carries, restricted parking, and short setup windows should be disclosed before the quote is finalized.
